1. Artwork Authenticity
All artwork sold through Fine Art Gift Shop is hand-painted in oil on canvas by skilled artists. While some pieces may be available in multiple renditions, each painting is created by hand, resulting in unique variations in brushwork and texture. We do not sell printed reproductions or mass-produced canvases.
2. Framing & Presentation
Each painting includes a custom wood frame, made in Italy, designed to complement the piece and elevate its presentation. Frames are part of the final product and may vary slightly due to natural wood variation.
We also offer custom framing requests upon inquiry. Please note that custom frames may require additional processing time (typically 2–4 weeks).
3. Gifting Options
Purchases intended as gifts can include a personalized engraved metal plate, discreetly mounted on the back of the frame. You may enter your custom message during checkout or by contacting us directly after purchase. This service is complimentary and designed to add a lasting, heartfelt touch to your gift. For custom requests, please add a note at checkout, or email joseph@fineartgiftshop.com with the request before or right after completing your purchase.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods via Shopify. Orders are only confirmed upon successful payment.
Promotional offers may be available periodically but cannot be retroactively applied to completed purchases.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship from Central New Jersey, USA and aim to process all orders within 3–5 business days.
U.S. Orders: Shipping typically takes 7–10 business days.
International Orders: Please contact us prior to purchase to confirm shipping availability and cost.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or local fees incurred during transit. These are not included in the purchase price.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather disruptions, or carrier issues.
6. Order Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Each artwork is framed and packed to order, and processing begins immediately after payment. Please make your purchases with care.
7. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. Please make your selection carefully.
Exceptions for Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged in transit, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing joseph@fineartgiftshop.com with:
- Photos of the damage
- A description of the issue
- Your order number
We will review each case individually and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund. Damage claims submitted after 3 days may not be eligible.
8. Product Representation
We strive to represent all products as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in lighting, screen display, and natural artistic variation, actual colors and textures may differ slightly from website photos.
9. Intellectual Property
All images, artwork, branding, and content on this website are the property of Fine Art Gift Shop and/or its affiliated artists. Use, reproduction, or distribution of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
10. Privacy Policy

11. Limitation of Liability
